why base+?

Base+ Physiotherapy is an independently run physiotherapy service founded by myself, Jon. My goal is to provide one-on-one, evidence-based treatment with the time and personal attention you deserve—something not always possible in larger clinics.

At Base+, the focus is on care: working together to restore you to your baseline, and then continuing to make additions to that baseline. I’m here to help you move, perform, and learn. I’ll give you the tools to take control of your physical health to take you further than when we first met.
